Shipping Costs:

Australian Shipping:

FREE for ALL orders over AUD $100.00. No matter your item type.

• Orders under the AUD $100.00 threshold will incur an AUD $9.90 charge, no matter what size.

International Shipping:

• AUD $14.90 charge will apply to order shipped international (Excluding Complete bikes, frames and wheels).
• Wheels (pair or single) will incur an AUD $75.00 freight charge.
• Complete bikes and frames will incur an AUD $150.00 freight charge.

 Order Processing:

• Orders received before 5:30pm (AEST) for items in stock will be dispatched the following workday. Complete bikes will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving your order.
Out of stock or order in items will be dispatched the same day the item has been received from the supplier.
• Customers will be notified via email or by phone with a revised dispatch date for any items that have not been dispatched within 48 hrs of receipt.

• For most major cities and close regional towns, upon dispatch, you should receive your items within 2 working days. Larger items may take a little longer. 
• For all other areas, your items should be delivered within 3 to 7 working days.
• Sometimes things happen that are out of our control which lead to delays. If you have not received your order within a time you consider to be reasonable, please feel free to contact us so we can chase it up.

International Shipping:

• Depending on where you are in the world, upon dispatch, you should receive your items within 5 working days.
