Training Rides

There are many training rides available throughout Sydney for riders of all levels. Listed here are the rides that the Bike Bug staff participate in.

Racing

Heffron Park

Criterium racing is conducted every Saturday in a happy and friendly atmosphere at Heffron Park criterium circuit. Racing starts at 4pm for D&E grades, and 5pm for A, B & C grades.

Tempe Velodrome

Winter Track training at Tempe Velodrome.  Gates open 6.30pm.  A 100 lapper starts at 7.00pm for one hour till 8.000pm  Training will cost $5 per head.

Time: Starts at 7:00pm. Gates open at 6:30am
