Shops: All our shops are currently open and trading hours are available on our website. Please note that Click and Collect order will take slightly longer to be available due to delays from our freight providers.

Shipping: Australia Post and other freight providers have noted that they have delays with deliveries due to unexpected parcel volumes and disruptions with air and road transport.

Dispatch: We endeavour to get your order dispatched as soon as possible. However please keep in mind that, for the safety of our staff we adhere to strict social distancing measures and this has caused slight disruption in our processes.

International Delivery: There are currently significant delays experienced.

At Bikebug we are doing everything possible to ensure that we dispatch orders in a timely manner however we do rely on freight providers for the delivery of orders. We ask that you please take into account the current situation that is causing delays when waiting for a delivery from us.

Impact on shipping:

Our freight providers are working to ensure parcels are delivered as quickly and safely as possible. All of them have also taken extra measures to protect the health and safety of customers and their staff by reducing physical interaction.

International Delivery: Due to flight cancellations and government restrictions, there are currently delays and disruptions to all international deliveries - Australia Post International Updates


Impact on dispatch:

Our warehouse staff are working to fill orders as quickly as possible. However we are currently experiencing a spike in demand as more people look to shop safely online. We ensure safe working procedures for the team in the warehouse and this may lead to small delays in dispatch of up to a few days in some instances.


Impact on product availability:

Increased demand has caused some of our favourite products not to be available currently. We are constantly working with our suppliers to ensure we get what you need as soon as possible. Please check on a regular basis as we do receive stock daily.


Impact on Customer Service:

Our customer service team is working efficiently to get back to all customers via email or phone. Despite the fact that we aim for a timely reply this is not always possible. Please be patient, we will get back to you. During this period we will not be able to tend to any phone enquiries, please send an email and we will reply as soon as possible.
