Michelin's Aircomp Ultra-light tubes have two major benefits over other inner tubes.

They are very lightweight at 75g (for the 40mm stem version), and they are made of Butyl rubber.

Butyl is far less porous, and therefore more airtight, than a latex alternative. This translates to a more dependable tyre pressure over a longer period of time. Despite being a lightweight product they are very durable and retain a high level of puncture resistance.  

Michelin have labelled them "Service Course" as a team issue product suitable for racing as well as training. The combination of the Aircomp Ultra-light tube's extremely lightweight and consistent Michelin quality make these an great choice for high performance applications as well as everyday riding.
