Made in Italy and built to last, the steel-bodied, Giustaforza II 10-60Nm Pro Torque Wrench is functional, linear in design and precise in every detail. The mechanical, click-type functioning makes the wrench extremely shock tolerant; and the absence of batteries or electronics increase its reliability. Each sample is hand checked and numbered as an individualised workshop masterpiece.
Reversible Ratcheting Head
For higher productivity in professional applications, the Giustaforza II 10-60Nm Pro has a ratcheting head, with 3/8? square. IMPORTANT: the ratcheting action can be reversed by pushing the square section bar through the wrench head to one side or the other.
Calibration Service
The +-4% tolerance is guaranteed for 5000 cycles (5000 'clicks'), then the wrench should be re-calibrated. Calibration is a service Effetto Mariposa offer in their laboratories (please contact Pushys Online or Effetto Mariposa direct for more details). A certificate of calibration is returned with each wrench serviced. Once the calibration is complete the tolerance of +-4% over nominal value will once again extend for the duration of 5000 cycles.
Easy To Use
. Unlock the wrench-end knob by gently pulling it, and set the desired torque value rotating the knob and reading the torque on the scale.
. After setting the torque value, push the knob back in place to prevent unwanted changes to the set value while using the wrench.
. Depending on the threading of the part you want to tighten, push the square section bar through the wrench head to one side or the other, to set the ratcheting direction.
. Using the tool, a loud 'CLICK' and a 3 free-movement tells when the torque has been reached
. Always return the wrench to minimum torque value setting after use
