In stock express orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering (business days). 

Complete bikes will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving your order.

We understand that quality, competitive priced products and exceptional service are all important as a BikeBug customer which is why we are evolving the way we source and deliver quality products.


To expand our product range and to give you the widest choice possible, BikeBug utilizes multiple supply arrangements with suppliers which include a mixture of Australian Warehoused Stocked products, Product Feed items stored at supplier locations and Drop Shipped items from various Suppliers. 


Regardless of the supply options we offer you, the way you order and the way you receive your products will not change, however delivery times may vary slightly depending on where our product is being sourced from and what supply arrangement we have in place for a specific product. This will be communicated with you at time of purchase and is listed within the individual product pages on our site. 


Keep in mind that our exceptional service will not change, so we will communicate with you,every step of the way to ensure you know when your products will be delivered.

All international shipping charges are cumulative. Shipments overseas might be subject to duties and taxes specific to the country of destination and these are the responsibility of the customer. It is against the law to understate the value of items we sell and we will not do this in any circumstances.

Shipping Damage

Before signing for a damaged delivery please check the condition of the goods. If you are in any doubt about their condition, then please do not sign for it "in good order and condition". Simply reject the delivery and we will send you a replacement.
