Capsule Usage Instructions:

As a starting point, we recommend a dose of 1 capsule per 25-30 kg of body weight. Take one dose 30-60 minutes prior to exercise, each hour during exercise, and one dose immediately following exercise.

How to use

  • BEFORE: Take 1–3 capsules 10–30 minutes before the start of exercise
  • DURING: Take 1–6 capsules per hour as needed to maintain electrolyte balance.
  • AFTER: Take 1–3 capsules immediately following exercise.
