How to use:
Add one scoop to 12 to 16 fl oz (350 to 500 ml) of water and shake. As a starting point, drink 1-2 servings for each hour of exercise, but also mind your thirst. Use when sweating, drink when thirsty. Don’t drink when not thirsty.
The right electrolyte profile:
Sodium makes up ~90% of the electrolytes lost in sweat. Our hydration mixes match average sweat loss with 400 mg sodium plus potassium, calcium, and magnesium, so it’s easier to stay hydrated.
Carbs that do more than fuel:
19-20g if simple carbs (glucose + fructose) per serving to support rapid hydration, maintain blood sugar, and keep your energy stead - so you can go hard without bonking.
