The Wheels Manufacturing PF46 bottom bracket comes with two machined aluminum outboard cups which thread together ensuring the bottom bracket remains stable in the frame, increasing bearing life, and simplifying maintenance. This means no more creaking, smoother operation, longer bearing life, and really quick bearing replacement.
This bottom bracket is designed for frames with a 68-73mm wide bottom bracket shell and 24mm cranks spindles. It comes with corrosion proofed Enduro Ceramic Hybrid sealed bearings for less friction, extreme durability and noiseless movement. The used balls are 7 times harder than regular steel balls.
Specialized Carbon OSBB frames with a 61mm shell width need additional cup spacers.
BB cups produced after July 2018 do not use o-rings.
Over Bearing Width Dimensions include supplied silicone dust shields.
